Saturday, August 26, 2023 - Developed, almost mature nose. A bit clumsy. Dark fruit, ink, coco-nut oak. Hints of perfume. Full but four-square.
Fullish palate. Generous and rich, but a bit un-balanced. Coco-nut oak a bit disjointed from fruit. Lacks Margaux elegance. Perhaps over-extracted?
Tasty wine, but would not hold on to this.
