Monday, July 5, 2021 - New world style with black cherry, honeycomb, and oak. Chunky tannins. Ripe enough to where varietal ambiguity sets in. Not your silky and long type of pinot. There's some savory natural acidity and good fruit density here however.

Clearly fruit from excellent vineyards that have been left out of the single vineyard blends. Best on day 2
