Monday, September 4, 2023 - Not for the faint of heart. Was looking for a wine that could stand up to spicy pork green chili, and this wine was up to the task. Bold dark fruit, heavy on the alcohol, prominent tannins on opening which faded after a couple hours in the decanter. Good pairing with spicy bold flavors.
