Monday, November 20, 2023 - So far white Rhone doesn't have enough acidity for me to really enjoy, but damn did this nearly change my mind. Peach, some slight but not obtrusive bitters, unripe pineapple, creaminess, just about enough acidity, grapefruit, long finish. Made from 85% Marsanne and 15% Rousanne, with 14.5% alcohol that felt quite manageable.
