Tuesday, January 24, 2023 - Quite lovely. Slightly opaque garnet. Light to medium bodied. Nose of dark fruit, cedar with surprising hints of vanilla! Delightful! Evolved to whiffs of spice and cedar. Wonderful with Cassoulet!
