Saturday, May 7, 2022 - Immediate and effusive nose of honeycomb, white flowers, and almond, this poured a medium gold with a hint of brown, almost rosegold in the glass. I did not care for the palate; attack was sweet, which rapidly transformed into a strange sour/bitter flavor almost reminiscent of vinegar which did not seem correct. Nothing especially positive on the finish, did not change markedly over 40 minutes open and everyone else thought this more appealing than I did.
