Sunday, May 7, 2023 - From a 375. Color of apple juice. Nose was a bit disjointed which had me concerned but this was so nice on the palate. Strong acidic backbone, yet some nice viscosity and plenty of sweetness (not Sauternes sweet, but definitely not off dry). Palate is well integrated with a lot going on - notes of tea, old antique store, quince and honeysuckle. Finish really lingers here.

In a good place, probably not going anywhere soon.
