Saturday, December 10, 2022 - Interesting - we PnP to have with dessert/cheese out of 375 ml, at cellar temperature.
First impression fairly acidic, characteristic chenin blanc, not very sweet. Almost would prefer with savory food. Over the brief course of drinking it did start to make a sweeter impression, although always with an acidic backbone.
It's much less sweet than a Sauternes ... and less obvious food pairings suggest themselves. But I would happily drink it as a less alcoholic nightcap (vs whisky etc).
