Thursday, March 2, 2023 - Opened with a funk of cork on the nose, some kind of reduction? The wine wasn’t corked on the palette and resolved into a balanced brunello within an hour or so. Medium structure and finish. Subtle tobacco and mushroom(?) showing age balancing the dark cherry fruits. Fine tannins.
