Saturday, February 28, 2009 - Great friends, great steak, great wine! So if you still have any, it's ready now, in 2009. Maybe not the top Latour ever, but still showed well after a half hour of air, I wouldn't decant as you'll lose what's left of the fruit, but watch it open up in the glass over a meal and enjoy.
