Sunday, May 25, 2008 - As of 2008 the wine is holding up well. We had it with grilled steak and it quite a nice choice- but not a blow-me-away big cabernet. What I will say is that it works with food better than it does on its own where it still has more of an edge to it that I would expect at this point (does it need more time in the bottle?).
