Sunday, October 27, 2019 - What an intriguing and enjoyable wine. The swap out of the more traditional Mourvèdre for CS adds a touch more structure without making it too weighty. Loads of red berries up front. Drank with roasted pork and arepas and it was a beautiful match. Drinking really well right now...I’m going to drink up my remaining lots over the next 12 months.
