Wednesday, May 19, 2021 - opened up in about 45 minutes. Beautiful nose of clove, dark fruit dominated by black cherry and a touch of leather. Taste had black cherry, cassis and blackberry and some mineral touch. The tannins were soft but fully integrated for a long fish and a touch of leather and chocolate. This wine has a lot of life to go and will only get better.
