Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Amazing pairing with French food - duck confit, branzino , cheese and crab cake. Very fresh inspite of its age !!! Great tart acidity - aroma of lemon and stone fruits. Also vanilla and oak. Held its structure superbly over 10 years in the bottle.
