Thursday, November 23, 2023 - Opened this for Thanksgiving dinner along with a bottle of 2019 Elizabeth Chambers Morphos Pinot (McMinnville, OR appelation). This was showing really well, with clear Cali Pinot character, but not over-the-top at all, with silky mouthfeel and a lovely flavor profile. Everyone enjoyed it, with half preferring this and the other half preferring the Oregon bottle.
