Tuesday, April 30, 2024 - Brought this wine to Tunglok Teahouse (Square 2) for a wine dinner with my wine mates. Theme of the evening: White wines from Bordeaux.

Straw yellow in colour. Beautiful concentration of flavours on the nose: aromatic white stone fruits, vanilla, and toasted nuts. On the palate the wine is clean, crisp and focused.

A very flavourful wine which is not too cloggy. Do give it a try if you come across a bottle.
