Saturday, March 2, 2024 - I took several days to lose its fat (I wish that I could lose mine in the same time), but once it did: what elegance of structure and firmness of largely citrus based fruit. Great clear lift on the nose, and in the mouth everything comes together.

Truly excellent winemaking.

But you probably know this already.
