Friday, April 26, 2024 - Good value cuvée. This has gone up just like all Champagne. Better at $35 than $45. But, still worth a few bottles mixed into your regiment.

Bruised; green & red apple, Bosc pear. Some apple cider, lime zest, tropical melons, white peach, pineapple juice, shades of lemon meringue, caramel notes, light vanilla, gritty chalk presses the tongue, white spice, sea spray, bread dough, baguette crust, nice yeastiness, yellow & white spring florals, crisp acidity and well balanced, structured, tensioned and roundly polished finish that lasts 90 seconds.

From 375ml. Dosage 8.3 grams. A touch high for me these days. But, tolerable.
