Tuesday, June 13, 2023 - Did two hour decant. Nose is crushed blueberries and ripened blackberries. Strong summer herbs of tyme, rosemary and moist earth. Soft harmonious nose of berries,,cedar cigar box, and herbs. Palate starts with strong tannins, intense acid that fruit softens after 20 seconds the skill of wine maker becomes evident after a minute in mouth. The harmony of fruit integration goes on for a minute, Enhanced with bbq beef.
