On the plus side, it's made in a very classical style, but rather like a 1986, it has a very narrow taste profile - it could really do with plumper fruit midpalate. I'll hang on to my remaining bottles but I'm not over-optimistic, since I continue to think that the tannins will outlive the fruit.
