Sunday, June 6, 2010 - From 3L, decanted for two hours the day before consuming and then an additional two hours prior to our dinner (did this because of prior note from 11/09 - thanks for that) . The big boy showed well; medium finish, earthy, cedar box, and chocolate on the finish. Paired very well with rib roast - this was my last bottle, thankfully Cliff Lede continues the excellent quality.
