The more I swirl it, the more green pepper notes come off (this is on night two). Palate is big and ripe as well, with deep. slightly sweet blackberry and currant fruit, no hint of green on the palate - there is nice soft tannins and juicy currant acidity and a nice long finish. Overall actually pretty good, but probably about 1-2 years past its best.
