Community Tasting Note

Thursday, July 23, 2020 - Drinking so good right now, tasting notes consistent with other notes.

Very approachable pnp, but really opens up an hour plus in. I have never been able to have a bottle make it past 2 hours before its all gone to know if it continues to get better.

My feeling is that the wine is not tight enough to hold together past 3 hours and the wine was made to pnp or a short decant window.
Not trying to take away from the positive notes, but actually consider this a great first bottle while another that needs time can get the time.
