Friday, June 22, 2018 - Light melon notes on the nose along with some solid citrus zest, feels more lime. Clean mouthfeel, a little buttery and smooth that shows nicely mid palate. Early flavors are grapefruit, unripe peaches and green apple. Finish has a zing of acidity. A bit of alcohol that seems misplaced which takes away from the experience. The peach feels a little closer to ripe on the finish although it is a bit confusing in the midst of the alcohol hints.

I am left a few moments later with an essence of fruit that is quite nice. Savoring the final aromatics is a nice way to complete the experience.
