Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Deep garnet in color. First nose of old oak - almost like barn wood and a bit of cinder. Second nose has more dark cherry, raspberry, cola, and a bit of chocolate on top of oak. Bold fruit on the pallet with a tannic finish. Mellows with time in the glass.
