Saturday, April 4, 2020 - Quality wine, though I am not sure that it is worth the price. Nice notes of sage, cherry and dried fruit on the nose. Solid mid palate, nice finish with some interesting acidity. Like I said, not my favorite cab, but it went well with some honking big T-bone steaks. A note on Silver Oak from within the trade, if you ever have the opportunity to attend an industry party at the estate, go for it. They through the best parties, lots of wines, older vintages and great food.
