Wednesday, February 20, 2019 - Classic subtle oak. Perfect Cabernet for big meals. Moderate tannins. Drink now. Balanced fruit and acid. Another tapered finish. Not as big up front as expected. Great fullness of flavors. Napa cab from a place that's only Cabernet. Exactly what you expect from this Vineyard and every Cabernet.
