Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Decanted for 1 hr. Nose of plum, cured meats. The palate delivered ripe red fruits (cherry, plum, strawberry), black pepper with chalky tannins. Overall, this SO was smooth and fairly balanced, with the exception of being a bit too ripe on the palate for my liking. It had decent structure and acidity to make it interesting; however, its not a good QPR.
