Sunday, April 20, 2014 - Exceptional even without much decanting. I was a little leery since the 2009 we had before was not good and we actually returned it to the store. We thought it was the American Oak but perhaps we just had a bad bottle. The 2008 Alex Valley is certainly a good cab,worth the $75 retail price and on our shopping list again...
