Friday, January 10, 2014 - Paired with the Double Breasted Chicken tonight at Flemings. Nose of black cherry/berry, and earth, more of the same on the palate, opened slowly and steadily over the two hour dinner, starting to develop, fairly complex, medium/big body, and medium/long finish.
