Saturday, July 13, 2013 - Tasted at Silver Oak. Nose of blackberry, spice, earth, and cedar, more of the same on the palate, touch of briar and earth today, medium/big body, and medium/long finish. Tasty.

7/24/2013 10:22:00 PM - During the last 15 months, numerous tastes of this wine suggest it is like other Napa 2008 cabernets, it will get better and better, probably reach its peak around 2018. It very much is like the 1983 to me. For a wine of 70,000 case size, it is terrific.
