Saturday, December 15, 2012 - Tasted at Brix in Omaha. Nose: Medium plus expressiveness, black berry, earth, saddle leather and mint. Palate: Full bodied, nice balance, sweet dark fruit up front with just a little spice kick carries nicely all the way thru to the back-end where it ends with a 30+ second finish dominated by lush dark fruit. Just what I expected from Silver Oak - not real complex but very tasty.
