Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Decanted for about an hour. There was some sediment, but not overwhelming. Dark garnet color with nice legs. Light musk, slate, cranberry and some alcohol on the nose. Light to medium body on the palate. Dark fruit, dates, slate, and slightly tart. Very slight tannins.
Moderate peppery finish. Very nice bottle.
