Saturday, November 12, 2022 - Was afraid I waited to long as I usually do. Drinking fine and based on the lingering tannins, still has a little time, just probably past its peak. Dark garnet color, fruit full nose & smooth in mouth. Blueberry, cherry, prune & molasses notes for me. Still showing some tannins. Certainly structured & balanced as you would expect from Silver Oak.
