Wednesday, February 8, 2023 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS; Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape (By VD and @ VD): Beautiful and complex bouquet with creamy butter and ripe yellow fruits. On the palate ripe yellow fruits as well, nectarines, honey, beautiful acidity, some pleasant bitterness, full bodied and complex. Overall a beautiful wine with some development, but with still a long future as well. A treat!
