Thursday, March 21, 2024 - Garagiste purchase. Slow ox for 30min and consumed over the following 4hrs. Somewhat muted nose. Some floral and non specific fruity notes, palate of black current, tobacco, blueberry. Acid medium, tannins medium. Medium finish. Still has gas left in the tank - would drink over the next 10 years
