Wednesday, August 20, 2014 - Popped and poured, pale straw. Lemon zest, sliced lime, orange blossom, green apple and a pronounced impression of minerals on the beautifully understated nose. Light body, silky. More lemon and minerals on the palate...almost like fresh lemon Italian ice blended with crushed stones, flavors which are electrified by moderate-plus acidity.
Lovely Chardonnay, one which will be even better next summer.
