Sunday, May 15, 2016 - Opened, decided not to decant, for 3 hours. Dark red. Dark cherry fruit with a wonderful lovely truffle/leather aroma. Full bodied with soft tannins and medium light acidity. Good length. Fantastic at the table with Wagyu hamburgers and a cheese plate. Sorry to hear the estate has been sold.
