Wednesday, July 16, 2014 - Medium-boded with nice depth and Burgundian qualities. A little earthy funk, spices and mushroom. These continue to be evolving and improving already, even since having at the winery earlier this year. Drinkable now with an hour decant, and can't wait for a few years from now to enjoy our last few.
