Saturday, March 29, 2014 - Tasted blind and recognized the Burgundian qualities right away, along with the sassafras, candied apple and guava chiffon cake. The draw to this is not concentration, it's the angelic and feathery qualities that then lead to a salient focus. A Pinot for the cellar. Drink 2015 - 2022.
