Saturday, May 30, 2020 - Still hanging in there. Terrific nose - just screams Syrah. Tannins have faded, but they're still present. Wouldn't drink this now with highly robust foods, but it's still just fine with lighter foods (or by itself). Nevertheless, it's probably time to drink up.
