Sunday, April 4, 2021 - Pop & pour, burnt over the hill nose and taste, acidity start to show up after a couple of hours, rather mediocre taste, lacking complexity. Better the next day, acidity and some fruit showing up and improved complexity. Still burnt taste persist, but more enjoyable now. Color looks fine, typical chardonnay hue.
