Tuesday, April 7, 2020 - Apricot, high minerality, slightly tart, slight caramel on the finish. Overall, this does drink like an older chardonnay that has aged well. This wine is in significantly better shape than one 11 months ago, that was still quite good. Tonight, the wine is harmonious, elegant and cerebral.
