Thursday, May 9, 2019 - Moslty Oregon and Burgundy (Kevin and Vicki's house): Apricot, high minerality, slightly tart, slight caramel on the finish. Overall, this does drink like an older chardonnay, with good complexity. Unfortunately, the sharp vanilla stands out a little too much, and seems out of place as this wine is not that rich. Nonetheless, this was fun to drink and interesting in the complex flavors/aromas.
