Wednesday, April 15, 2015 - Very interesting wine here. The entry is all fresh pear, pineapple and tropical fruits. So much so it seems a bit one dimentional. But after a little air the fresh fruits are still there but accompanied by wax, wool, pith, honey and spices on a viscous honeyd palate. Really enjoyed this.
