Tuesday, August 7, 2018 - By far one of the prettiest and most delicious California Pinots we've tasted. We deliberately let it age more than the usual two years and discovered a fine reward for our patience. Very fruity (red fruits especially) and floral. I didn't decant this bottle for fear of getting it too oxidized. There seemed just a hint of bottle age initially, but it totally disappeared by meal time.
