Sunday, July 25, 2021 - As with Ceritas, I buy mostly their single vineyard wines. But like the Ceritas Costalina, every time I open the Rhys San Mateo I’m surprised how good it is. This was showing so signs age. Loamy black cherries, a little sappy but crisp.
