Saturday, January 14, 2017 - medium ruby color. developing, medium intensity nose shows strawberry, red cherry, violets, soy sauce, mushrooms, and minerality. dry, med body, med(+) acidity, med alcohol, med intensity palate shows similar flavor profile to nose. medium finish. Drinking well, this is starting to develop some tertiary notes, but should still hold for some time.
