Monday, August 1, 2016 - Medium garnet, almost opaque. Very pronounced raspberry-strawberry aromas, complex, with some toasty oak, very Burgundian. Excellent viscosity. Medium-full body, sweet red berry flavors, excellent balance, slightly hot finish, just a hint of bitterness on the back of the palate. Fully mature, it's wonderful now but should stay at its peak several more years.
