Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Dark ruby, almost completely opaque. Burgundian style, with sweet strawberry-raspberry aromas mixed with subtle oak, already complex. Very viscous. Rich, concentrated berry flavors, concentrated, slightly hot from high alcohol, but very smooth and balanced. Long, somewhat hot but flavorful aftertaste. I would put this against a high-quality Burgundy!
